For example, a 50 years old elevator will require much different maintenance than one that has just been installed. When we perform your survey, we take all of that into consideration and then recommend coverage.
Each maintenance contract is individual as well. We offer full maintenance programs as well as oil and grease contracts. We explain to our customers the difference in coverages and offer them choices based on their budgeting needs.

Our customers know that in the event they receive a violation, it will be handled expeditiously and expertly. In the event that the violation is not covered, our team will quickly propose the item, with an explanation of what this means to our customers.
Inspections are scheduled directly with the State, at a time of their choosing. Once we make arrangements, we notify our customers of the date and time, so that they can also be prepared. If there is ever a conflict, we will reschedule and handle all correspondence.
Inspections on modernizations and new constructions jobs are included on all projects. We will take out the permits and set up all inspections with the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
